Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Seasoned and deep understanding of concepts, approaches and methodology used. Deep expertise on the level of a technological field.

Partner with the best

  • Leading global oversight of CWI capital expenditures, managing multi-million dollar budgets across regions and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and revenue forecasts.

  • Approving and track AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure) for equipment purchases and facility upgrades, coordinating with finance and supply chain to ensure timely execution and compliance.

  • Driving CAPEX reduction initiatives in response to market shifts, identifying non-priority projects and reallocating funds to high-impact areas across LATAM, KSA, and other key regions.

  • Leading global teams of equipment specialists, including regional focal points in APAC, MENATI, KSA, LATAM, Europe, SSA and North America, to coach, standardize asset practices, net and ensure operational readiness with capital efficiency.

  • Overseeing the global PP&E asset register, maintaining accurate records of machinery, tools, and facilities across manufacturing and technology centers.

  • Ensuring fleet rightsizing by improving asset utilization, driving tool counts, and executing on lifecycle data to optimize inventory and reduce idle or underperforming equipment.

  • Aligning asset strategy with job execution needs, ensuring that field teams have access to the right tools at the right time, minimizing delays and maximizing service quality.

  • Coordinating with regional leaders to validate equipment needs and prioritize investments based on operational demand and strategic growth plans.

  • Supporting training center CAPEX planning, including equipment procurement for new technology rollouts like SureCONTROL PLUS, ensuring readiness for commercialization and technician training.

  • Monitoring and report on asset KPIs, including utilization rates, mobilization efficiency, and lead times, driving continuous improvement across global ISC operations.

  • Reporting out to executive leadership, sharing updates, aligning regional performance, and driving accountability across the CWI asset management network.

Fuel your Passion:

  • Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in supply chain management and Initiatives.

  • Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management

  • have deep knowledge of SAP or Oracle and MRP functionality

  • Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders

  • Have strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency

  • Have experience managing and developing teams
