Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A Process for Transformation Initiatives: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for FP&A transformation, focusing on process improvement, automation, and technology adoption (e.g., ERP, planning, and reporting tools).
  • System Implementation & Optimization: Manage large-scale programs across the business segment, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity. Oversee testing, validation, and deployment including but not limited to .
  • Process Standardization: Design and implement standardized FP&A processes for OFSE's PMO team, including KPIs, shared financial services models, SLAs, and KPIs to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and predictive solutions.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in transformation, including progression of OFSE productivity delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale systems transformations (ERP, financial planning, reporting tools).
  • Deep understanding of FP&A best practices, processes, and technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion, Tableau).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing shared financial services models is highly valued.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, and change management in a complex, matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in finance transformation within large, global organizations.
  • Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and enterprise-wide reporting solutions.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Experience in M&A integration, restructuring, or other high-impact finance initiatives.
