As a Security Guard - Tech Site - Full Time in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Perform screening duties for employees, visitors, or vendors in accordance with company and site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, noting any unusual activity and reporting as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas within the tech, media, or telecom environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and any screening processes performed during the shift.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
