HR Shared Services Coordinator


Join our Shared Services HR team as the goto resource for employees and HR systems. You'll deliver fast, accurate support, manage HR transactions, and keep compliance on track-all while creating a great employee experience.



Key Responsibilities



  • First point of contact for system and employee inquiries
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, job/pay changes, development and reward
  • Review incoming forms, research missing information required to accurately process HR transactions
  • Review payroll and timesheet reports, partnering with Payroll on data integrity
  • Run audits (I9, training completions, payroll, ITAR/ECA) and support regulatory compliance
  • Identify and providing solutions to data integrity issues
  • Collaborate with site HR and/or SME to provide issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to policies and explain them clearly
  • Assess trends and gaps, providing recommendations for training, communications, enhancements, automation and self-service
  • Analyze, test, implement and support HR tools, applications, and systems
  • Consistent achievement of service level agreements and quality metrics.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Shared Services as an HR Coordinator handling high-volume transactional work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience working within an HR ticketing system and prioritizing urgent requests.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-directed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Dayforce is a plus.



*CA Pay Rate $27.59-$36.06/hr.
