Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, theSenior Customer Success Managerplays a critical role in guiding customers through onboarding, driving product adoption, and delivering strategic value through data insights. This role manages a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while identifying opportunities for growth and deeper engagement. The Senior CSM builds strong consultative relationships, helps customers interpret analytics to inform business decisions, and collaborates cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs. This role also contributes to the evolution of Triumph's customer success practices and may support mentoring and enablement efforts across the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and early adoption of Triumph's data tools and platforms.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess progress, share insights, and reinforce value.

  • Help customers interpret dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

  • Monitor customer engagement and product usage, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for deeper adoption.

  • Build strong, consultative relationships by understanding customer goals and aligning Triumph's solutions to meet their needs.

  • Drive account retention by delivering consistent value and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities for expansion, including upselling and cross-selling data products or services.

  • Collaborate with Product & Development and Data Science teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and usage trends using CRM and analytics tools.

  • Contribute to customer success initiatives, including case studies, feedback loops, and product testing.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer success and relationship management capabilities, with a proven ability to drive adoption, build trust, and deliver measurable value.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Freight Brokerage or a related client-facing role.

  • Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, or SaaS products.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQURED

  • Proven track record of managing mid-to-large customer accounts and driving adoption.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer engagement metrics.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This role isremote-first, offering flexibility to work from home or any Triumph location within the U.S. that supports effective collaboration and customer engagement.

  • Occasional travel (up to 50%) may be required for:

    • Onsite customer meetings

    • Strategic business reviews

    • Team offsites or company events

  • Candidates should be comfortable working across time zones and using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce).

  • The role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed environment.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $75,946.00 - $113,919.00
