Description

Markon is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in (SETA) to support a federal government client.



Responsibilities

    Lead and manage technical and programmatic activities in support of government SETA programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and contractor teams.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and performance metrics.
  • Provide systems engineering and acquisition lifecycle support, including requirements development, system design reviews, testing, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project charters, management plans, and technical reports.
  • Facilitate communication between technical experts, contracting officers, and end users.
  • Support source selections, technical evaluations, and acquisition strategy development.
  • Prepare and present briefings to senior leadership, summarizing project status, risks, and recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in project management/systems integration
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint).
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
