The Revenue Quality Analyst is an individual contributor level role that works to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of revenue data and processes. This role supports the development of customer pricing strategies, pricing agreements and the generation customer pricing agreements. The Revenue Quality Analyst participates in projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of pricing strategies for existing and potential customers under moderate oversight. Analyze pricing models, market conditions, and internal guidelines to assist in improving revenue and margin performance.

  • Support pricing agreement negotiations alongside more senior team members or under guidance from leadership. Help gather customer requirements, market data, and internal inputs to ensure proposed pricing aligns with company objectives and customer expectations.

  • Generate customer pricing agreements with oversight, utilizing internal systems while learning system functionality and pricing components. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and strategic intent.

  • Develop working relationships with cross-functional teams to support pricing initiatives and gain broader business understanding.

  • Seek guidance and support from more senior team members regularly to build subject matter knowledge, enhance analytical skills, and improve pricing capabilities.

  • Demonstrate knowledge in the development, use and maintenance of processes, information tools and software.

  • Contribute to special projects and assigned initiatives as a team participant, assisting with tasks that support departmental objectives.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management with direction, delivering accurate data and insights in a timely manner.

  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, company policies/procedures. Follow all control measures to achieve process compliance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned


EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, operations analysis/management or sales required.

EXPERIENCE

1-3 years financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting or operations analysis/management or sales experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $56,390.00- $72,395.00 depending on experience.
