Computer Systems Analyst

Proficient in programming, developing algorithms and analyzing and solving programming problems. This includes researching, designing, documenting and modifying software specifications. The Computer Systems Analyst is competent in the use of most basic system administration tools and processes. Proficient in Backup/Restore operations, add and remove user accounts and interaction with others in the resolution of computer related problems. This position requires the ability to independently identify and fulfill responsibilities with minimal oversight, especially on critical matters. The role frequently involves exercising discretion and independent judgment, evaluating different options, and making informed decisions. The position is expected to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent degree in engineering.
1. SQL server experience and Web programming.
2. Minimum of three (3+) years' experience in software programming and custom report writing

Preferred qualifications:

1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application implementation and support and experience with the software development life cycle preferred.
2. Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
3. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications is desirable.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective partnering relationships with other information-technology professionals, physicians, nursing staff and hospital management staff.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $32.40 to $60.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
