Our business also includes a diversified suite of Jones Act compliant marine transportation equipment used to transport crude oil and intermediate refined products along the Gulf and East Coast, and major river systems, the production and marketing of other specialty chemicals with no known substitutes and an increasingly integrated portfolio of onshore crude oil pipelines and terminals along the Gulf Coast.

Key Duties:




  • Load or unload trucks, and/or rail cars: monitor product flows; align valves to direct product to the appropriate location.
  • Perform frequent rounds, checking for operational, environmental, or security issues.
  • Document, report and address any issues identified as appropriate.
  • Physically gauge and monitor tank temperature and levels for documentation of inventory reporting and quality control. Gather and verify meter readings.
  • Pull product samples for quality control and perform API analysis testing.
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep functions of company assets, including station, pipeline, tanks, valves, motors, pumps, piping and control panels.


  • Monitor and report any issues related to the terminal computer automation system, the terminal over fill protection system and tank capacities, facility procedures and manuals, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and any hazards associated with the products stored at the facility.


  • Participate in and promote company's safety program.
  • Have a full understanding of and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by all personnel, customers, vendors, contractors and visitors on facility premises.


  • Perform and document inspections as needed.
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance for the facility.
  • Monitor and maintain facility activity reporting logs and related reporting including readings, over/short documentation and product movement orders.



Required Skills, Experience, and Education:




  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, responsible and ability to work under limited supervision
  • Familiarity with all local, state and federal regulations as applicable
  • Ability to complete introduction to ICS (Incident Command System) Level 100 Training
  • Ability to complete HAZWOPER Training Certificate
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Must be willing to work overtime hours during the week, weekends and/or holidays as dictated by operations.
  • May be required to travel outside of assigned location.
