Description and Requirements
Role Summary
The Offering Manager for Lenovo Hybrid Cloud Platform (LHCP) is responsible for defining, developing, and managing Lenovo's next-generation hybrid cloud platform offerings. This role drives the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform-from strategy and design to launch, sales enablement, and continuous improvement. The Offering Manager will collaborate across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), Solutions & Services Group (SSG), and key alliance partners (Microsoft, Nutanix, VMware, Red Hat, etc.) to deliver a unified cloud experience that integrates TruScale, AI, and multi-cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Strategy & Development
  • Define the vision, roadmap, and business strategy for Lenovo Hybrid Cloud Platform offerings.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and technology opportunities to inform offering direction.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into platform features, capabilities, and service tiers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and architecture teams to design and validate solution components.
Alliance & Ecosystem Integration
  • Work with alliance partners (Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, etc.) to co-develop integrated hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Ensure offerings align with both Lenovo's TruScale strategy and partner cloud programs.
  • Define certification and interoperability requirements for platform components.
Go-to-Market Enablement
  • Develop value propositions, use cases, pricing models, and sales plays to support global go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to create collateral, training, and campaign materials.
  • Support regional sales and solution architects with offering positioning and deal structuring guidance.
Lifecycle & Performance Management
  • Monitor offering performance (adoption, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction) and drive enhancements.
  • Manage offering lifecycle processes including roadmap updates, SKU creation, and end-of-life transitions.
  • Gather and prioritize customer and field feedback to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving hybrid cloud demands.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud, hybrid IT, or infrastructure solution management, preferably in a product/offering management or strategy role.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google), and on-prem virtualization platforms.
  • Proven ability to define, price, and launch complex service or solution offerings in global markets.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. with preference for the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $140,000 to $210,000 Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com
