Here's what you'd do:

• Assist users with system access requests.
• Manage engineering document requests.
• Perform daily system checks to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure system synchronization.
• Troubleshoot reported issues and determine root cause and resolution.
• Develop and execute test plans, including documentation of test data and results.
• Support various IT-related projects.
• Maintain and update the system and support documentation.
• Learning & Development Opportunities.
• Exposure to PLM functions in SAP.
• Understanding of engineering business processes and data management.
• Application troubleshooting and support.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.93 / hour.

Hours: 24 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting enterprise systems and engineering processes.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Interest or aptitude in engineering business processes.
• Willingness to learn and work within an SAP ERP environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Freshmen or Sophomores.
