ABOUT THE JOB:

This position is responsible for developing relationships through outbound efforts to bring in quality opportunities and additional services we can add-on to our sales.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Develop relationships with existing and new WillScot clients and vendors to introduce and expand product offerings.
  • Develop quality opportunities from outbound work.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver long-term value.
  • Nurture and develop opportunities from inception to execution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Manage/maintain and grow existing relationships of key repeat clients and projects.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to drive performance.



Measureables:



  • Revenue Generated from new business.
  • Retention of continues repeat structure event business and customer base.
  • Number of partnerships formed - value of contribution.
  • Outbound activity volume.



Strategy:


1. Strategic Partners



  • Work with existing rep networks that have similar clientele.
  • Work with existing industry relationships from our team.



2. Sales leadership - through the US team



  • Build relationships with local market sales leaders to leverage national coverage
  • Partner with Commercial leadership group for higher level regional strategy and projects



3. Enterprise/Strategic Accounts:



  • Work with existing accounts/reps to offer products.
  • Work with Enterprise Account reps on seasonal bids.
  • Partner with vertical leaders on product line to help penetrate each target vertical.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Required Education level: High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Education Level: Bachelor Degree
  • Years of related experience: 3-5
  • External candidates: 4 years' outside sales experience or bachelor's degree and 2 years' outside sales experience
  • Internal candidates: 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business opportunities
  • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid Driver's License
