Senior Program Analyst

ANALYGENCE is hiring a Senior Program Analyst to join our team on a Navy aircraft support program.

• Lead and support security assistance project planning for FMS (Foreign Military Sales) case analysis, acquisition management, technical data tracking, and coordination.
• Evaluate FMS support equipment requirements, identify program concerns, and provide recommendations for inclusion in planning documents.
• Assist with daily program operations including correspondence, action tracking, evaluations, briefings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the program in acquisition-related meetings, ILS reviews, and international events to support FMS case analysis.
• Conduct detailed assessments of Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) for FMS-supported weapons systems.

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and write effectively for both clients and colleagues.
• Proven success working in team environments, demonstrating cooperation, adaptability, and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Skilled in analyzing complex issues and developing practical, innovative solutions.
• Comfortable navigating change, managing shifting priorities, and responding effectively to unexpected challenges.
• An active Secret clearance is preferred (A Government background check will be performed and required on selected candidate).
