Starting Salary Range: $118,000 - $137,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. As our Resource Adequacy Engineer III, you'll play a key role in making sure our grid remains reliable when it matters most. You'll:

Within your first year, you'll know you're making an impact when you've helped our members successfully navigate the ongoing resource transition while meeting MISO's Resource Adequacy requirements. We are looking for talented professionals who have: A least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, electrical and computer engineering, electrical and electronic engineering or electronics and computer engineering technology. At least three years' relevant work experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience or ability to learn MISO Module E Capacity Tracking (MECT), Integ powergads / GVTC, running studies using Astrape SERVM, GE MARs, Siemens PSSE, MUST and/or PowerGEM TARA. Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
