Housing Compliance Analyst to ensure our affordable housing projects are financially viable and in full compliance with all regulations. This role isn't just about paperwork; it's about being a crucial part of a team that provides people with a meaningful life in a caring community.

What You'll Do

Ensure Viability - Complete annual reports and property status reports, providing recommendations for corrective action to ensure financial viability.


Drive Compliance - Coordinate paperwork and correspondence for projects , perform quality assurance checks on project and tenant files , and manage tenant income certifications.


Train & Empower - Provide training to program staff on general property management, physical inspections, and tenant income certifications.


Manage Finances - Handle accounts receivable and analyze accounts payable for each housing project.


Conduct Inspections - Facilitate or perform physical property inspections to ensure minimum property standards are met.

A detail-oriented professional with a strong knowledge of state and federal housing regulations (NIFA, HUD, OHA, DCHA).


A skilled planner who can prioritize multiple tasks.

Requirements
What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience preferred.
  • Experience in lease management preferred.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain certifications related to affordable housing.
