Position Title: CNC Operator
Wage: $25-$28/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-2pm Looking to put your machining experience to work on days? QPS Employment has a CNC Operator opening in Ixonia, WI-perfect for someone who enjoys precision, hands-on work, and steady. CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications - Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met - Perform routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools - Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product accuracy - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area - Work from blueprints, work orders, and production schedules CNC Operator Requirements: - Previous CNC operating experience required (mills, lathes, or related equipment) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Skilled in using precision measuring instruments - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
