Position Title: Lead CNC Machinist
Wage: $28-$35/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-2pm Take the next step in your CNC career! QPS Employment is hiring a CNC Lead in Ixonia, WI, to oversee operations, mentor a skilled team, and ensure top-quality results on every project. Lead CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Supervise day-to-day operations of CNC machining area - Train, mentor, and support CNC operators - Oversee machine setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment runs efficiently - Review blueprints and job orders to assign work and set production priorities - Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality compliance - Maintain safety standards and promote a positive team environment - Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve processes and meet production deadlines Lead CNC Machinist Requirements: - 3+ years of CNC machining experience with proven leadership abilities - Strong knowledge of CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting - Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments - Excellent communication and team leadership skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
