Position Title: Maintenance Assistant
Wage: $23-$28/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Maintenance Assistant for a company in Ixonia, WI. This is direct hire opportunity. Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide support to the maintenance department by performing the following duties - Address minor maintenance concerns/projects of buildings and equipment - Communicate any health and or safety concerns/violations immediately to management - Adhere to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations - Apply knowledge of operations to prioritize duties as required - Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines - Follow food quality and safety guidelines - Perform other related duties as assigned Maintenance Assistant Requirements: - Oral communication skills - Written communication skills - Technical communication - Math aptitude - Mechanical aptitude - Reading skills - Time management - Active driver's license - Ability to read both electrical and mechanical prints - Lift at least 75 pounds - Active driver's license QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
