Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As member of U.S. Software & Services team, responsible for assisting clients in meeting their economic, financial, and strategic needs. Specific duties: participate in full execution of advisory, capital raising, and principal transactions in pursuit of new business opportunities and servicing of existing portfolio investments, including debt and equity positions; develop methods of valuing transactions; participate in transaction due diligence; and create presentation materials, such as pitch books and confidential information memoranda. Salary range for this position: $ 175,000 to $225,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) plus 3 years of experience in offered job or 3 years of investment banking experience with focus on software and services sector Prior experience must include 3 years performing detailed economic, financial, and valuation analysis and modeling, including reviewing, building, and revising financial projection models, building base, downside, and upside financial cases based on review of business and operational models, spreading and reviewing relative valuation metrics, and modeling cash flows and debt paydown metrics 3 years preparing client-facing presentations and reports, including creating pitch books and general update meeting materials for corporate executives and private equity professionals and preparing sell-side marketing materials for M&A deals 3 years managing live transaction execution, including distributing marketing materials to buyers in sell-side M&A processes, providing potential buyers with verbal overviews and answering business diligence questions on sell-side M&A targets, and managing all aspects of sell-side M&A timeline.
