The Security Officer will be responsible for managing all facets of security for the Global Partners headquarters office. This position maintains security and safety of people and property at the site, identifying and escalating issues according to policies and procedures. This role emphasizes strong customer service, access control, loss prevention, incident response, observation, and reporting for safety and security incidents. Patrol & Surveillance: Perform routine patrols of client sites, including walking or driving patrols, to deter and detect any suspicious activities. Access Control: Monitor access points to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises. Incident Response: Respond to alarms and security breaches, ensuring appropriate action is taken and incidents are reported accurately. Customer Service: Provide a professional and approachable presence for clients, visitors, and employees. Assist with any questions or concerns in a courteous manner. Reporting: Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in a clear and concise manner. Submit reports as required. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, including fire, medical, or security-related incidents. Monitoring Systems: Operate and monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security devices. Compliance: Follow all site-specific protocols and adhere to company policies and local regulations. Support any company trainings for employees including emergency procedures, and crisis management to enhance security awareness and preparedness. Serve as an active participant and leader on Crisis Management Team. With Crisis Team, coordinate disaster recovery planning with a focus on corporate office operations. Support HRBPs and Employee Relations staff as needed.
