Your Job Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our Finance and Accounting teams in Wichita, KS. This role plays a critical part in driving process improvements, managing projects end-to-end, and facilitating collaboration across various teams to ensure successful delivery and enablement. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. What You Will Do Collaborate with KES Finance and Accounting stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document requirements. Manage and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test cases, tracking defects, and facilitating issue resolution. Develop and deliver training and enablement materials to ensure smooth adoption of process changes and system enhancements. Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and accountability. Monitor project progress and hold teams accountable by providing regular updates, raising risks/issues, and driving resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrated experience managing projects, including task tracking, testing, training, and stakeholder communication. Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, systems, and controls. Demonstrated experience analyzing data and performing root cause analysis, forming a point of view, and capturing results Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. What Will Put You Ahead Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting functions. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint). Experience with INFOR LN or similar enterprise finance systems.
