Job Description:

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) is a strategic recruitment advisor who leads complex and high-impact searches while mentoring and supporting the broader Talent Acquisition team. This role partners with senior leaders to design tailored recruitment strategies, leverage labor market insights, and raise the bar on hiring outcomes. The Sr. TA Partner plays a critical role in workforce planning, building proactive pipelines, and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, critical, and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent market conditions, workforce planning, and competitive intelligence.

  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche talent pools.

  • Guide and mentor Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiting Coordinators in process excellence and candidate engagement.

  • Partner with HR and leadership on talent strategies, including succession planning and workforce development.

  • Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and market analysis.

  • Champion candidate experience and drive improvements in hiring manager engagement.

  • Contribute to recruitment projects such as employer brand, technology adoption, and process optimization.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including senior-level or specialized searches.

  • Proven ability to advise and influence business leaders at multiple levels.

  • Expertise in advanced sourcing methods and talent market insights.

  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience mentoring and developing team members preferred.

Eligibility:
