About the Role

We are hiring a Content Marketing Specialist with strong writing, editing, and SEO skills to join our client's growing content marketing team. In this role, you will create and optimize product-focused content that helps users understand and get the most value from digital hiring solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product marketing, editorial, and SEO teams to ensure content is clear, accurate, optimized for search, and aligned with business goals.


Responsibilities


  • Write and edit educational content that explains how employers and job seekers can use digital products effectively.



  • Refresh and optimize existing articles to reflect updated product features and improve performance across search and recommendation platforms.



  • Ensure all content accurately represents product functionality, collaborating with product marketing to confirm key details.



  • Edit freelancer-submitted articles for grammar, tone, clarity, and alignment with brand and legal guidelines.



  • Highlight bundled solutions and integrated product features in a way that communicates added value.



  • Conduct keyword and audience research in partnership with the SEO team to identify content opportunities and inform strategy.



  • Fact-check product information and ensure consistency across platforms and channels.



  • Support publishing workflows and maintain editorial quality standards across all content.




Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content writing and editing, ideally with a focus on SEO, digital products, or content marketing.



  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical product details into clear, user-friendly content.



  • Experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences, with the ability to shift tone and voice appropriately.



  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to modern content formats and AI-driven search experiences.



  • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, or ContentStack.



  • Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.



  • High attention to detail and a solid understanding of editorial standards such as AP Style.



  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
