Production Associate

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Noel, MO! Join our team to support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining quality and safety standards. This hands-on role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $14.00/hr
• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize products in the warehouse
• Inspect items for quality and report any damages
• Move materials using forklifts or other equipment
• Prepare orders for shipment: box, label, palletize, and move to shipping areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate physical labor
• Experience with inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift experience and certifications preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in warehouse/stockroom/loading dock environments and variable temperatures
