Job Summary:

This position reports to Manufacturing Head at Headquarters and serves as the Plant Manager of the Milwaukee Site. As part of Angel Aligner Supply Chain's global footprint, this facility primarily undertakes packaging and small-batch production for NA markets. The role involves overseeing the entire operational lifecycle from facility renovation, production line setup and trial runs, production ramp-up to stable mass production. Critical deliverables include meeting project milestones for achieving packaging line mass production by 2H 2026.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has direct supervisory responsibilities of production, technology, supply chain, and procurement teams. It requires close collaborate within HQ counterparts and regional peers.



Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the local and HQ project team to execute facility renovations per headquarters' specifications, ensuring infrastructure readiness for subsequent mass manufacturing phases
  • Complete localized installation of equipment and production lines with the project team, guaranteeing successful trial operations
  • Establish a local core team aligned with project timelines and final deliverables, including defining role assignments, competency requirements, and recruitment process management
  • Oversee successful trial runs of all equipment/production lines, managing the full transition from production ramp-up to mass production
  • Implement ongoing process management post-mass production to sustain compliance with corporate standards (quality, operational stability, etc.)
  • Lead critical internal/external communications spanning facility renovation to daily production operations, engaging local government agencies, external partners, and internal cross-functional corporate departments (regional/headquarters) to ensure operational efficiency and team synergy
  • Other tasks assigned



Qualifications

Required

  • Experience: 6+ years in plant management (medical devices, precision manufacturing, or regulated logistics preferred)
  • Project Portfolio: Successful greenfield facility launches with budget responsibility $3M
  • Leadership Style: Hands-on, frontline-visible management approach


Preferred

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working understanding of FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485
  • Technical Exposure: Experience with automated packaging lines or cleanroom environments
  • Cultural Competency: Experience with cross culture project team (China)



Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to navigate active production floors (50% time)
  • Occasional international travel (4 trips/year to HQ)
  • Computer-based administrative work (30% time)
