We manage all investments available to field sellers and executives, supporting sales and consumption targets across the Americas. ResponsibilitiesBusiness Management & Executive Support Serve as dedicated Business Manager to the Investments Team and Team Leader, providing strategic and operational support for all executive interactions, including meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-up with Americas Senior Executives. Design and execute the rhythm of business for all ECIF-related meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance requirements. Lead the annual planning process for ECIF investments, collaborating with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to optimize investment impact and transparency. Program Design, Evaluation & Improvement Develop and refine investment management processes, tools, and dashboards to enable efficient tracking, reporting, and decision-making across a complex portfolio. Conduct cost-benefit analyses, scenario modeling, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI on investments. Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve compliance, and accelerate business outcomes for field sellers and customers. Financial Oversight & Reporting Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and spend management for Americas ECIF investments, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with global investment strategies. Support quarterly and annual business reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of investment programs. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
