Key Job Responsibilities
The SPS specialist is tasked with implementing master data modifications, understanding the SPS landscape to provide problem-solving, training, and technical support to all departments, supporting Project Monarch and other enhancements and projects. This role involves contributing to design discussions, developing user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols, and testing these projects. The specialist is also responsible for driving the 5S process in the Admin building by managing audits, activities, and results. Additionally, when required, the specialist will support the Admin Kaizen program through Kaizen facilitation, team selection and management, data collection and analysis, development, and implementation of process improvements Qualifications/Requirements
