Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary engineering efforts across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and other Federal agencies. This high-impact role ensures the delivery of timely, accurate GEOINT by driving system development from requirements through integration and evaluation.
As a senior technical leader, you will mentor and guide engineering teams across all phases of the system lifecycle-supporting mission-critical capabilities through strategic planning, systems design, performance engineering, and large-scale integration efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor mid- and junior-level systems engineers across the full lifecycle: requirements engineering, solution design, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, service development, integration, testing, and analysis. This is more than a technical role-it's a leadership opportunity to influence systems that are vital to national security and global partnerships. You'll work at the forefront of geospatial intelligence, collaborating with top-tier professionals and federal partners to shape the future of GEOINT. Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
