What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): * Manage and oversee the site's Production Supervisors and all the work on the production floor. * Coordinate the activities of the different teams to accomplish the established production and safety goals. * Manage and inspect the plant's output to ensure quality and accuracy. Work with production supervisors to correct any deficiencies. * Oversee the time and production records. * Assist the production supervisors in estimating production material needs and inventory management. * Maintain responsibility for (1) the adherence to all company safety policies and (2) the enforcement all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents. * Act as a liaison between the production team and upper management. * Collaborate with the production supervisors and upper management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety. * Help to mediate and resolve personnel conflicts within the plant. * Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need (Qualifications): * A high school diploma or GED is required. * A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred. * 6 years of relevant experience is required. * 2 years of supervisory experience is required. * Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.
