Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to step into a dynamic leadership role overseeing the food and beverage program within a prestigious museum setting. The Food & Beverage Manager reports to the Director of Operations. This position collaborates closely with a team of operations professionals to deliverexceptional guest experiences across the museum's fine-dining restaurant, cafe, and catering operations, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, large group reservations, and premium service standards. This is an ideal role for a seasoned FOH leader ready to take on broader operational influence while remaining rooted in guest-facing excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations for the restaurant, cafe, and catering. Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff performance. Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor industry trends in fine dining, cafe service, and catering. Control costs and manage all account expenditures. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards. Purchase and manage inventory for all outlets. Partner with marketing and culinary teams on new programs and promotions. Serve as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring strong communication and relationships. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years' supervisory experience in food service. Background in fine dining, catering, or high-volume cafe operations. Knowledge of industry trends, quality standards, cost controls, and presentation.
