Position: Regional Manager Location: Southern U.S. Service Region DeSHAZO is seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to oversee and support the operations of our Southern U.S. service region. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the overhead crane service industry, capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence across multiple branch locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers, Service Managers, Sales Managers, and project engineering teams. Oversee the operations of current and future Southern service offices, ensuring alignment with DeSHAZO's standards. Manage and develop service teams to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experience. Provide oversight and risk assessment for all service work within the region. Guide complex project estimating, planning, and execution efforts. Act as liaison between service teams, engineering, production, and executive leadership to ensure clear communication and efficient operations. Assist in developing and executing regional growth strategies and business plans. Maintain a sales focus on key regional accounts to drive customer retention and business development. Oversee regional financial performance, including KPI tracking and P&L management. Lead strategic planning and organizational development initiatives. Plan and execute regional territory expansion efforts. Minimum Requirements: 10+ years of experience in the overhead crane service industry in a managerial and/or engineering capacity. Proven experience managing large-scale crane installation and modernization projects. Willingness and ability to travel extensively with overnight stays. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong aptitude for learning proprietary DeSHAZO software. Physical Requirements: Be able to work in any position (reach, bend, kneel, etc.) Be able to work in any environment (hot, cold, dusty, dirty, etc.) Be able to see, hear and speak. Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine). Possess depth perception and peripheral vision. Working Conditions: Subject to working frequently at considerable heights. Exposure to hot and cold conditions.
