Required Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
*1 year experience leading project.
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills.
*Requirements definition and management.
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
*Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
*Written and verbal communications

Training & Consulting

Develop subject matter expertise in estimation processes, tools, and related organizational, business, application, and functional workflows.

Understand end-to-end business functions to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Lead though influence to get work done across portfolios, programs, business units and company-wide initiatives.

Analyze complex issues using data, technical research, and team collaboration to recommend solutions.

Conduct consulting engagements, including root cause and options analysis.

Assist in defining assessment and implementation methodologies and deliverables.

Develop and analyze functional specifications to provide expert advice and technical training.

Design and deliver training materials to enhance client understanding of processes and tools.

Process & Tools

Manage incoming system queries and technical issues.

Provide system administration, tool maintenance, license management, and vendor coordination.

Drive continuous improvement of estimation processes and tools.

Develop clear requirements, data models, process diagrams, and wireframes to meet business needs.

Create and maintain business process documentation, workflow diagrams, data migration rules, business rules, integration documentation, and other system design deliverables.

Lead cross-functional testing.

Execute test scripts and complete deliverables on time and with high quality.

Continuous Improvement

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliverable quality reviews.

Develop and manage project plans.

Supervise Business Analysts, overseeing assignments, coaching, and quality checks.

Report progress to executives.

Operations & Support

Maintain data quality and process adherence.

Bridge departmental silos and ensure controls for long-term system stability.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL, diagramming tools (Visio), and productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, effective under pressure, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience with QSM SLiM Desktop and/or SLiM Collaborate (predictive modeling tools).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
