Job Title: Mailroom Production Associate (Entry Level) Location: Washington About the Role: We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable individuals to join our dynamic mailroom production team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and are committed to completing daily tasks with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Operate the Falcon Red machine to open, extract, scan, and image incoming mail in a fluid, continuous motion. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout all tasks. * Take scheduled lunches and breaks as required. * Stay until daily production goals are met-this may result in shorter or longer workdays depending on workflow. * Perform alpha-numeric and 10-key data entry with accuracy. * Participate in cross-training to support various mailroom functions. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior mailroom experience is a plus. * Comfortable working in a production-based environment. * Ability to shift priorities quickly and work independently or as part of a team. * Strong commitment to professionalism and reliability. Experience Level: Entry Level - No prior experience required; full training will be provided. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.10 - $21.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
