Coordinator II, Warehouse Order Mgmt (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Shift)

As the Warehouse Order Management Coordinator II, you will play a crucial role in boosting warehouse efficiency by leveraging SAP-WM to manage and release orders. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with warehouse supervisors, pickers, and packers to resolve order issues and ensure seamless operations.

Efficient Order Management: Utilize SAP-WM to review, update, and release warehouse orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with supervisors, pickers, and packers to identify and resolve order discrepancies quickly and effectively.

• Prioritizing and Monitoring: Keep a close eye on order flow, prioritize tasks, and expedite the release of orders to support smooth order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

• Inventory Checks: Conduct physical inventory checks for orders with low inventory and skillfully locate missing parts within the warehouse.

• Organizational Excellence: Print, review, stamp, and organize orders for efficient distribution to warehouse staff.

• Guidance and Support: Serve as a knowledgeable resource to answer questions and guide your team with order issues throughout the shift.

• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in person and through Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.

• Leadership Backup: Provide vital support by backing up warehouse leads and supervisors as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to resolve order issues collaboratively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate the warehouse.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Commitment to good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Experience with SAP-WM is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
• Three years of experience in roles requiring judgment in issue resolution.
• A substantial understanding of warehouse operations and independence in task execution.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $45,600-$68,400. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
