Job Description
Pay Range: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. As the Regional Manager of the Bioinformatics Operations (Applications) team, you will lead the west region directly contributing to our focus of delivering actionable diagnostic insights that enable superior patient care. The focus of this role is to oversee and deliver high quality, stable and efficient Bioinformatics Applications in our genetic laboratories. You will work in an agile environment, foster innovation and lead the team in validating, supporting, and extending fully automated clinical-grade bioinformatics applications that meet the needs of our customers. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Bioinformatics Research Engineers, Laboratory/Medical Scientists, and Enterprise IT etc. You will ensure the appropriate service levels and sample TATs are maintained. In collaboration with stakeholders, this leader will define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for quality products across the region both on prem and in the cloud.
