Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office based in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina or Danville, Virginia. A subsidiary of First Citizens Bank, CIT Commercial Services is one of the nation's leading providers of working capital financing solutions including factoring, supply chain finance, receivables bulk purchase and ABL. CIT Commercial Services provides tailor made financial solutions that help companies of all sizes increase sales, improve cash flow, reduce operating expense, and eliminate Customer credit losses. The VP, Business Risk Process Manager is a newly created position due to the continuing growth at First Citizen's Bank. You will lead the efforts to create the vision and strategy and implement new risk related processes, controls and procedures for the CIT Commercial Services team based in Charlotte. The VP, Business Risk Process Manager - Commercial Services will act as the business & operations subject matter experts (SME) for the Commercial Finance Division within FCB's Commercial Bank. In this key role, the VP, Business Risk Process Manager will drive the implementation and execution of First Line of Defense Business (FLOD) business processes while ensuring processes & operational controls meet risk and regulatory obligations. A highly visible position within the business that will align with other vertical supporting the business including credit, operations, compliance and legal. The VP, Business Risk Process Manager will also partner with Commercial Banking execution teams with the implementation and ongoing execution of risk and control activities, including Risk, Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), issue & audit management and control & compliance testing. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Risk OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Risk. Preferred:
The base pay for this position is generally between $95,000.00 and $150,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
