Description This large Utility Fortune 500 company is looking to add another person to their fusion Center. The Fusion center supports all infrastructure used by the utility. This includes working with the internal and external employees to trouble shoot any and all network related issues. This includes root cause analysis of connectivity issues, remote access issues and hardware issues. Experience working within a NOC is very helpful. Some of the technologies that are needed include MS, redhat, TCPIP, apps support for OMS ADMS and apps that support the grid. The environment is a mobile workforce that are in the field using, handhelds, hardened laptops, applications and hardware used to support their customers and meters. Skills Support, Router, Server trouble shooting, network trouble shooting, LAN/WAN, Connectivity trouble shooting, Cisco, tcp/ip, Windows, Tier 2 Support, Junior Network admin, Wan, Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, Wireless, Lan Additional Skills & Qualifications 1. Recent MIS degree and experience 2. Basic Lan/wan support and connectivity experience, basic application and server support 3. Understand and experience with Laptops, PC's and hand held devices Candidates will work onsite. Candidates must be able to work W2** Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
