Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Mason, OH for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable local company. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

What We're Looking For:



  • Customer service and order entry experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially for resolving technical product issues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills



Responsibilities:



  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders and quotes by end of business day
  • Gain and retain comprehensive product knowledge
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth processes
  • Identify and report product or process issues, and suggest improvements
  • Maintain a supportive and customer-focused work environment
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
