Overview

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will join a large (over 100+ team members), dynamic, and mission-driven global recruiting team within the Qualfon Person Office (HR) function. Reporting to the SVP of Global HR/Person Office, this leader will develop and execute the organization's system-wide strategies to support global operations, which employs over 14,000 individuals. The scope of this role will be dedicated to associate recruiting in all Qualfon locations around the globe. The successful candidate will indirectly and directly manage all associate recruiting across 25 omnichannel service delivery sites. They must bring to the role innovative strategies and operational approaches (e.g., data analytics, targeted, personalized marketing, large-scale process improvement) that go beyond traditional talent acquisition. Additionally, the Vice President will be responsible for recruiting strategy, improving standard operating procedures, and six-sigma continuous improvement projects/initiatives. They will play a key role in driving a world-class employment brand and employee value proposition. This role is critical to the overall success of Qualfon as associates drive the majority of revenue and earnings.

All benefits are subject to any plan changes at the Company's sole discretion.

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $150,000 and $200,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee's portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.

Responsibilities

    Be the overall strategic and operational recruiting subject matter expert that supports the global recruiting operations and solves complex and dynamic hiring challenges in multiple markets around the globe.
  1. Maximize the consistent utilization of best/right recruitment tools and technology to streamline the selection process to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and deliver results.
  2. Provide excellent client service resulting in successful partnerships with hiring managers and talent attraction to support growth and expansion needs.
  3. Support the CPO and Senior Leadership Team by identifying current and future workforce needs. Develop proactive strategies to ensure successful delivery of talent acquisition services while delivering on the company's overall strategic goals.
  4. Use data analytics to help inform recruiting strategies and drive best practices. This includes a constantly evolving/improving, data-driven approach to hiring (sourcing, candidate profiles, prevailing wages by location, the impact of different variables on retention (like candidates' tenure in previous jobs), etc.)
  5. Partner with training and operations to deliver 100% of the required headcount five days into production. This is the key metric in measuring success.
  6. Prove success as a people leader who can attract, grow, motivate, retain, and develop associate talent acquisition staff and leadership.
  7. Be the Client-facing subject matter expert to support the proposal and bid-pursuit development (i.e., country strategy, recruitment and onboard strategy, and projections).
  8. Deeply understand the TA team's impact on Qualfon success (revenue and client satisfaction derived from achieving 100% of required associates needed 5-days into production, the effect of wages on P&L, etc.).
  9. Build world-class proposal and bid pursuit content.
  10. Evolve and upgrade recruitment approaches, tactics, technologies to broaden the global reach, build a strong talent pool, and increase responsiveness to global partners.
  11. Instill a customer-focused partnership model and approach across the team to ensure a consistently outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, maximizing the team's strengths to achieve high performance.
  12. Initiate and oversee the production of collateral and content that attracts and drives brand reputation amongst top industry talent.
  13. Drive large-scale continuous improvement projects.
  14. Partner with stakeholders to help identify and improve retention efforts across all geographies.
  15. Ensure strong experience and throughput using social media as a sourcing channel globally.
  16. Build a "best in class" Talent Acquisition operations as validated by external awards or benchmarking compared to other BPO organizations.
  17. Understand how to build shared services to support a global talent acquisition function effectively.
  18. Know federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations regarding interviewing, selection, pre-employment testing, tracking, reporting, and record-keeping in each geography that Qualfon operates.


Qualifications

  1. Has significant operational experience running engagement center operations
  2. Understands the values of process and measures
  3. Has significant experience in the BPO Call Center/Customer Relationship Management industry
  4. Certified in Agile or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
  5. Thinks progressively and proactively about potential "big picture" work solutions
  6. Exhibits leadership and offers new perspectives to team and stakeholders
  7. Thinks "outside of the box" to develop new strategies beyond the traditional approach to talent acquisition
  8. Solves complex problems
  9. Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
  10. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  11. Has solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  12. Has strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Visio, and Excel
  13. Has experience with Success Factors and/or iCIMS ATS (preferred)
  14. Travel required - 20%-30%
