Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist - Hybrid \| Albany, NY (2-3x Per Week) Duration: Long-term contract Summary: Seeking an experienced OCM Specialist to support a large-scale eligibility transformation initiative. The role involves leading stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and developing change strategies across multiple human services programs. Key MUST HAVE Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience managing complex projects, including 2+ in leadership * 5+ years determining eligibility and managing cases in SNAP, HEAP, Public Assistance, Medicaid, Child Support, Child Care, or Child Welfare * 3+ years in a supervisory/mentorship role within human services * Experience on 2+ large State-level projects in OCM or training during deployments * Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder presentations, and change management Responsibilities: * Lead change initiatives and readiness efforts * Develop tools and plans for pilot and full-scale rollouts * Coordinate stakeholder networks and assess organizational impact * Support business readiness across social service programs Work Setup: * Hybrid: ~2-3 days on-site weekly Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
