Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for a SharePoint Trainer role to join our team in DC metro area. This role is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with other teams across the business to support our government clients. The successful applicant will provide training and support for SharePoint solutions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset and work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities while serving our clients.

As a SharePoint Trainer, you will:



  • Develop and deliver training programs on SharePoint features, best practices, and governance


  • Create instructional materials including manuals, guides, and video tutorials
  • Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and brownbag sessions
  • Customize training based on user roles (e.g., site owners, contributors, admins)
  • Maintain a training schedule and manage class registrations
  • Track attendance and collect post-training feedback surveys
  • Update training content regularly to reflect platform changes
  • Provide support and answer user questions during and after sessions
  • Ensure accessibility features like closed captioning in training materials



Required Qualifications:



  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a SharePoint training or instructional role


  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem


  • Experience with site taxonomy, permissions, content management, and governance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience creating accessible training materials (e.g., closed captioning)


Nice to have skills/Qualifications:



  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications, Professional standards-based web development experience using ASP.Net, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript, .NET based language (C#, VB.Net), SQL Server 2008/2012 and SQL Reporting Services.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 100k - 120k.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
