Purpose of the Job

The Global Operations Training, Content team is responsible for the management and creation of clear and consistent learning content to aid operational training and deployment, globally. The team collaborates with internal colleagues and team members to ensure copy meets different learning styles, tone, languages, culture and target audience. Working in collaboration with the training deployment team, the Content team ensure that written content is understood and deployed using the appropriate channels. They help plan curriculums, researching materials to ensure content is fit for purpose and language, ensuring meaning is clear and concise.


This will be a fully remote based position.


PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary position, ending January 2026.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage our learning content, tracking content created, and ensuring it is up to date while identifying and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Manage the upload of SCORM files and course enrollment of Compass, our LMS and HR management system
  • Manage translations, acting as a liaison between our translation service and our team, while managing and maintaining the translated content
  • Create training content using eLearning creation programs Articulate Rise and Camtasia.
  • Work closely with the training deployment team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style


Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years of documentation experience
  • Experience with training preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work well within a high-paced team environment.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Asana, and an LMS system preferred.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional and dynamic environment.


For U.S based applicants: The US base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in cost of labor. The total compensation for this package includes an annual performance bonus target in addition to base salary.
