AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: As a CPU Core Program Manager, you will have a significant and visible role in developing and executing AMD's next-generation CPU Core Designs. You will work in the center of a world-class engineering team with a sustained track record of success. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the execution of the project(s) within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. As the Program Manager, you will work with the CPU Core Unit Teams and Disciplines to ensure the effective and efficient execution of AMD's CPU Core programs. THE PERSON: You take ownership of issues and approach challenges relentlessly with critical thinking and creativity. We want someone who will lead and influence the team with solid communication and collaboration skills. You drive clarity and organization in chaotic situations and comfortably prioritize a dynamic set of tasks and responsibilities. Architecture and Logic design Design Verification Performance Analysis and Correlation Implementation/Physical Design Post Silicon Validation/Debug
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field of study. PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
