Clarivate is seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Paralegal to join our global Legal team! Working on a variety of corporate legal matters, you will focus on Board matters, public company reporting, corporate governance and subsidiary management. Reporting to a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, you will partner closely with our General Counsel, corporate secretarial team and equity compensation team to provide support across the legal team. About the Team In this new role, you will be an integral part of our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team working on high profile matters with the General Counsel, governance, and corporate secretarial teams and interact frequently with members of the Board, senior management, legal, finance, HR, and executive compensation teams. Compensation - US Only The expected base salary for this position is $124,000- $155,000 USD per year.This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors. Hours of Work This is a full-time, hybrid position working within commutable distance to New York or Philadelphia.
