The client processing director demonstrates experience in a matrix organization and works closelywith the processing center of excellence (COE) national leader to develop and drive the strategicobjective of the CSM subfunction. This position works closely with the processing COE nationalleader in supervising operations within the client processing team, while also implementing and executing the strategic objectives of the center of excellence. The client processing director will be responsible for:
- Leading, directing and managing the nationalclient processing team across the enterprise, including Canada, El Salvador, India, and whereverthe firm expands, and is responsible for the decision-making and management functions within theteam to ensure that developed processes and procedures are followed, workloads/schedules arebalanced, and project deadlines are met. This position partners closely with the line of business(LOB) and industry leaders to ensure quality and consistent support of the client processing team.
- Directing and managing high-level complexprojects focused on improving processes and efficiencies for the national client processing COEteam. This position works closely with LOB operational leadership and technical subject matterprofessionals to provide quality and consistent support throughout the practice in accordance withLOB, service line, regional and national RSM policies.
- Owning processes and having a high level ofunderstanding of the LOB client data management supported by the processing COEs. This positionacts as an advisor and idea generator, overseeing the creation and evolution of LOB processes,value-add ESS support items, and client deliverables in multiple formats as the client processing teamcontinues to grow.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $120,000 - $205,200
Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
