We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and lead the incubation of a Workplace Relations Center of Excellence (COE). This individual will operate as a trusted thought partner to the CPO, enabling operational excellence, driving cross-functional initiatives, and establishing scalable systems to support employee relations, compliance, and manager enablement. The Chief of Staff will also lead the design and implementation of policies, protocols, and tools that ensure a consistent, value-aligned approach to workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and manager capability building, in close partnership with HR Business Partners and Employment Counsel. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Chief of Staff Support to the CPO

The base salary range for this position is$250,000-$275,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
