Empire Distributors a Leading Beverage Distributor with excellent benefits, competitive wages and the potential for growth opportunities is now hiring an On Premise Administrative Assistant. Individual will provide administrative support to the On-Premise Management team and Sales Representatives. This person will coordinate communications between the Company and its suppliers. Assists in maintain and updating the various modules located in the Sales Portal. We offer Excellent Benefits and Competitive Wages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence using word processing programs.
  • Prepares spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.
  • Distributes monthly price changes to On-Premise division.
  • Assists in data entry for monthly programming and pricing.
  • Assists in creating pricing within Sales Portal.
  • Answers incoming calls and responds appropriately.
  • Answers supplier questions and completes their requests.
  • Prepares and updates trackers for On-Premise Sales.
  • Updates corporate Sales calendar & On-Premise/PTO calendar per management's requests.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for On-Premise division.
  • Assists management in completing month-end processes.
  • Prepares sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.
  • Prepares for sales staff tastings/GSM's.
  • Prepares expense reports for On-Premise division.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
  • Assists Management and Sales Representatives with new accounts as needed.
  • Prepares On-Premise printing bill backs.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
TN ABC Wholesaler's Employee Permit- We obtain on your behalf.
Computer skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Explorer Internet software; eRome Order processing systems; and Reportal.
