Utilizing clinical and analytical skills, the RN provides day-to day oversight for medical staff quality initiatives to ensure PHC Hospital Divisiondevelops pertinent metrics and measures, analyzes and provides physician and aggregate level data to physicians, medical staff leadersand administration. Develops processes, in collaboration with medical staff leadership, to validate practitioner competence andappointment of excellent physicians by measuring and monitoringperformance data: * On-going Physician Performance Evaluation (OPPE) AtDirection ofCredentials, Peer Review or Medical Executive Committee, initiate focused reviews of individual and aggregate clinical care delivery consistent with internal and external quality metrics.
