Description

HawkEye 360 is seeking an accomplished sales and business development professional to lead sales efforts with our USG Special Programs team.

Location: Our offices are located in Herndon, VA; this role is open to remote candidates in Colorado Springs, Denver, or other locations near strategic customers.


As the Account Executive, Special Programs, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve corporate revenue objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and secure strategically relevant long-term business opportunities with USG customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key USG customer stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical leadership, procurement officials, and operational end users.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key USG partners, including senior leadership, technical leaders, BD and sales.
  • Drive account growth by understanding customer mission challenges and delivering high-impact solutions that leverage HawkEye 360's capabilities.
  • Develop and execute account plans that foster sustainable business growth within the defense sector.
  • Expand business partnerships within the defense ecosystem to enhance market reach and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and evolving customer procurement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent HawkEye 360 at defense-related conferences, trade association meetings, and industry events to promote company products and capabilities.
  • Collaborate across company functions-including finance, legal, engineering, and product development-to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.


Your skills and qualifications:

Essential education and experience:


  • 8+ years of sales, business development and/or Account Management experience selling technology, data and analytics solutions into USG markets.
  • Existing network of end customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SIGINT related systems
  • Space domain awareness, space control, space systems domain experience preferred
  • Familiarity with USG acquisition processes and lead sources
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.


Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $230,000 annually, plus commissions

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
