The Nursing Center of Excellence and our nurse consultants bring decades of experience to help you solve complex nursing challenges like staffing, resilience, and leadership development. The Director, Nursing Research & Analytics is a key member of the Nursing Center of Excellence. This role is primarily responsible for leading the development of content for Press Ganey's nursing solutions, including structure, process, and outcome measures that reflect both patient and nurse experiences, as well as the nursing work environment. The Director also serves as the leader in our development of new and revised metrics within the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI). Serving as a subject matter expert in nursing research and analytics, the Director supports internal teams such as product management, data science, and client advisory by providing strategic insights and evidence-based content. Additionally, the Director plays a vital role in communicating the value proposition of nursing products to clients and external stakeholders, and contributes to the development of whitepapers, trade publications, scientific articles, and presentations. Qualifications Research Expertise Established record of dissemination Must have record of scholarly publications and presentations before national and international audiences. Clinical and Research Experience Education Doctoral degree (PhD) in Nursing, Health Services Research, or a related field required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing Required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $170,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
